The rules that govern our services

1. Services Provided

Staylisted offers a variety of digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) services, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Local SEO services, including custom website design, Google Business Profile setup, online directory listings, and monthly reports.
• Design services, such as logos and branding assets.
• Domain services, including domain name acquisition and management.
• Citations and reputation management.
• Paid Advertising Services, including Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing.
• CRM Software to manage communication across platforms, lead tracking, and reporting.

2. Service Agreements and Contracts

Some services may be governed by a separate agreement. In such cases, that agreement will override conflicting provisions in these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with laws, and use our services legally.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. Month-to-month services are billed on a recurring basis.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Month-to-month services may be canceled with at least 7 business days' notice. Contract-based services follow the terms in the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Staylisted retains all rights to its intellectual property. Client-provided assets remain the property of the client.

7. Software and CRM Access

You are granted a non-transferable license to use our CRM. We are not liable for uptime or service interruptions.

8. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or lead volumes.

9. Third-Party Services and Platforms

We are not responsible for the performance or terms of third-party platforms such as Google or Meta.

10. Limitation of Liability

Staylisted shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Staylisted from claims arising from your use of our services.

12. Modifications to Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue services and revise these Terms at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
