Responsibilities


  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) to align with the brand's voice and marketing goals
  • Create and manage a content calendar for regular and timely posts


  • Engagement:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster a community
  • Engage with followers and influencers to increase brand awareness and loyalty


  • Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop social media campaigns that support broader marketing strategies
  • Identify emerging trends and innovations in social media to integrate into the brand’s strategy


  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging guidelines
  • Maintain consistency across platforms in tone, style, and branding


Job Requirements


  • Experience: 
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Knowledge of content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics


  • Creativity: 
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills to produce engaging posts, graphics, and videos


  • Communication Skills: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for creating clear and engaging social media content
